The following is a restaurant/retail/office development in Malvern.

There has been a great deal of effort spent on the design/layout of the Tactile Ground Surface Indicators, to the point they blend in almost perfectly to the adjacent paving.

The only issue with this is that it does not provide the minimum required 30% luminance contrast as required by both the BCA and AS1428.1.

In addition contrasting stair nosings have not been installed and the handrails are non complying.

The signage to the toilets are incorrect and the accessible toilet facility is also signifficantly undersize.
